Founder & Managing Director - Mistral Venture Partners

Prior to his role at Mistral Venture Partners, Code was the Chief Operating Officer of Zephyr Technology (acquired by Covidien NYSE: COV), a Senior Partner at Motorola Ventures in California and a Principal at Gabriel Venture Partners, a Silicon Valley based Venture Capital Firm. Code began his career as an RF design engineer at IBM in Toronto, before moving to the United States in 1997. Before joining Zephyr, Code was a partner at Motorola Ventures where he led investments in mFoundry (acquired by First Data), Dilithium Networks (acquired by OnMobile) Intelleflex, Apprion, Zephyr Technology and Dart Devices. Previously Code was a Principal at Gabriel Venture Partners where he was involved in a number of investments including CrossMedia (acquired by Gannett, Knight Ridder, and Tribune) Encentuate (acquired by IBM) and LVL7 Networks (acquired by Broadcom) and Kajeet. Code also built out Gabriel's disruptive technology practice which included numerous investments including Iridigm Display (acquired by Qualcomm) NextG Wireless (acquired by Crown Castle), SkyCross, and Boston Power. Prior to his investing career, Code was an RF design engineer with IBM and CIENA, specializing in high speed communications circuits.
